天雨、颱風及暴雨 / 改期、遲到及缺席安排 Inclement Weather / Rescheduling, Late and No-Show Policy：

改期、遲到及缺席安排：

  • 改拍攝時間、日子及地點，視作改期次數計算。
  • 第一次改期，拍攝日前3天通知改期，可獲免費改期一次。
  • 第一次改期，拍攝日前少於3天通知改期，須收取$500行政費用。提供有效醫生證明可獲得豁免。
  • 第二次改期，不論任何原因，須收取$500改期費用。其後再次改期將被視為棄權，訂金不設退款，如需改期拍攝須收取$1500行政費用。
  • 改期，如選拍Cake Smash或Bread Smash，拍攝日前少於5天通知改期，須收取$200重訂蛋糕/訂麵包費用。
  • 改期，需於辦公時間內確認。全線影樓營業時間為星期一至三及星期五至日 10AM-7PM (逢星期四休息)，非辦公時間收到之訊息會作翌日計算。
  • 改期，限定優恵套餐*將以原優恵價計算。
  • 改期，需於一個月內，重約拍攝時段及完成拍攝 (拍攝日起計算)。
  • 改期，在此套餐使用期限前，訂金、預約時享有之優惠及預約時之套餐價格，均為一個月有效期(改期日或拍攝日起計算，以較前者計算)，過期均一律失效.
  • 改期，套餐折扣/假日費用安排，由假日(星期六、日及公眾假期)拍攝時段改到平日(星期一至五，非公眾假期)拍攝時段，套餐折扣會以假日折扣計算，不會轉為平日折扣/假日費用不設退回或不得轉作其他付款。
  • 改期，套餐折扣及假日費用安排，由平日(星期一至五，非公眾假期)拍攝時段改到假日(星期六、日及公眾假期)拍攝時段，套餐折扣會以假日折扣計算/補回假日費用。
  • 改期，重新預約的日子，如已過套餐使用期限，須收取$500延期費用 (延期多一個月拍攝限期）。
  • 缺席拍攝將被視為棄權，訂金不設退款，如需改期拍攝須收取$1500行政費用。
  • 訂金不設退款。 
  • 特別折扣限定套餐，不能作任何更改。
  • 遲到將不獲補回時間。
  • 因遲到或某些情況而需要逾時拍攝，逾時收費每半小時收費$1000，不足半小時作半小時計算。(需看影樓當天實際情況安排）
  • 換衫、換片、餵奶、自行化妝等時間都計算在拍攝時間內。
  • 如有任何爭議，本公司將保留最終決定權。

天雨、颱風及暴雨安排：

  • 陰天會照常出發。
  • 如拍攝當日驟雨/下雨，我們會在拍攝前2小時或之前通知是否如常進行或改期。
  • 攝影當日如拍攝中途下雨等，令拍攝無法繼續進行，將再約日子補拍餘下拍攝時間。
    (注意：每次出發均須重新收取$400-500交通運輸費用,荃灣戶外影樓除外） 
  • 如攝影當日天文台懸掛黃色、紅色暴雨警告及三號或以下颱風，照常營業。
  • 如攝影當日天文台懸掛黑色暴雨或八號颱風信號，當日拍攝將自動取消，並會重新安排攝影時間。
  • 如攝影當日天文台下午兩點前改掛黃雨、紅雨、三號或以下颱風信號。四點或之後的拍攝時段，將如常進行。
  • 如攝影當日颱風我們會通知改期，不另收費。  

One Take 天雨安排：

  • 陰天會照常拍攝。
  • 如下雨，會如常拍攝影樓場景，改期拍攝戶外場景。
  • 攝影當日如拍攝中途下雨等，令拍攝無法繼續進行，將再約日子補拍餘下拍攝時間。補拍需在改期日計算的一個月內完成拍攝，逾期無效。
  • 如攝影當日天文台懸掛黃色、紅色暴雨警告及三號或以下颱風，照常營業。
  • 如攝影當日天文台懸掛黑色暴雨或八號颱風信號，當日拍攝將自動取消，並會重新安排攝影時間。
  • 如攝影當日天文台下午兩點前改掛黃雨、紅雨、三號或以下颱風信號。四點或之後的拍攝時段，將如常進行。
  • 如攝影當日颱風我們會通知改期，不另收費。

TW Outdoorland 天雨安排：

  • 陰天會照常拍攝。
  • 如當日驟雨/下雨，我們會在拍攝前2小時前通知是否如常進行或改期。
  • 攝影當日如拍攝中途下雨等，令拍攝無法繼續進行，將再約日子補拍餘下拍攝時間。補拍需在改期日計算的一個月內完成拍攝，逾期無效。
  • 如攝影當日天文台懸掛黃色、紅色暴雨警告及三號或以下颱風，照常營業。
  • 如攝影當日天文台懸掛黑色暴雨或八號颱風信號，當日拍攝將自動取消，並會重新安排攝影時間。
  • 如攝影當日天文台下午兩點前改掛黃雨、紅雨、三號或以下颱風信號。四點或之後的拍攝時段，將如常進行。
  • 如攝影當日下雨或颱風我們會通知改期，不另收費。
  • 如攝影當日天氣溫度太低，選拍攝室外沖涼或嬉水環節，會直接轉為拍攝家庭場景環節，不會另改期拍攝。

 

Rescheduling, Late and No-Show Policy :

  • Change shooting time, dates & location, will be courts to reschedule.
  • The first reschedule with more than 3 days the booking session in advance, there is no rescheduling fees.
  • The first reschedule with less than 3 days notice of the shoot date. An additional charge of HK$500 is required for handling fee. If you are able to provide a medical certificate the cake fees will be waived.
  • The second reschedule is will be charges HK$500 for rescheduling fees.
  • Shooting “Cake Smash / Bread Smash” will be charges HK$200 for rescheduling with less than 5 days of the shoot date.
  • No-show, the booking will be automatically cancelled, deposit are not refundable. An additional charge of HK$1500 is required for handling fee.
  • Rescheduling shooting session must be used within one months (from date of shooting date).
  • The deposit payment, booking package and booking offer shall be valid  for one months (from date of shooting date).
  • Late-comer will not be compensated for any lost time.
  • Late-comer, for overtime photo shooting will charge of HK$1000 /per 30 minutes session.
  • Deposit are not refundable.
  • Should there be any disputes, PICSMILE Studio reserve the right for the final decision.

Inclement Weather :

  • Cloudy weather we will still go out.
  • If occasional raining, we will contact you before two hours the booking session to decide whether to cancel or continue shooting .
  • If sudden raining during the shooting, the shooting time will be submitted another day.
  • Tropical Cyclone Warning Amber rainstorm Signal and Red Rainstorm Signal our studio still open.
  • The booking will be automatically cancelled, in case of inclement weather conditions: Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above and Black Rainstorm Warning Signal. We will contact the client for a re-arrangement. 

One Take Inclement Weather :

  • Cloudy weather will be conducted as usual.
  • If occasional raining, photo shoot studio part will be conducted as usual, outdoor part will be submitted another day.
  • If sudden raining during the shooting, the shooting time will be submitted another day.
  • Tropical Cyclone Warning Amber rainstorm Signal and Red Rainstorm Signal our studio still open.
  • The booking will be automatically cancelled, in case of inclement weather conditions: Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above and Black Rainstorm Warning Signal. We will contact the client for a re-arrangement.
